Homesite Evaluation
The primary purpose of this phase is to provide a working foundation upon which design concepts are developed. The information gathered during this phase provides the seed from which the design concept flourishes.
Schematic Design
Schematic site and floor plans, building sections and exterior elevations are developed. We encourage as much owner participation as possible during this phase as the design begins to take on character and personality. Input from the site will give the home its character where input from the owner will give the home its personality.
Design Development
Upon approval by the owner of the Schematic Design Phase, a preliminary cost analysis is undertaken during this phase to ensure that the project stays within budget. The construction budget is closely monitored during this and subsequent Phases.
Construction Documents
Upon approval of the Design Development Phase and Preliminary Cost Analysis we commence with the assembly documents. All details are designed, specified and incorporated into the construction documents. A project manual accompanies the documents and outlines in detail the performance requirements of the project.
